FIELD: means of vaults breakdown and cleaning of internal surfaces in bins, silos, containers.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with means of vaults breakdown and cleaning of internal surfaces of hollow items, mainly for breakdown of vaults and bulkheads formed out of the packed loose material in the bins, silos, containers and large-sized tanks. The device contains a hollow shaft linked with a rotary drive, two clearing tools and a means for their drawing in the different directions. The shaft has two slots made in its opposite walls and being in symmetry to its longitudinal axis. Cleaning tools are hinged to each other. The hinge axis is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft. The tools are made in the form of bars with the L-shaped end. At that the hinge is located in the zone of the L-shaped ends of bars, ledges of which are looking in opposite directions. Means for drawing the cleaning tools in the different directions contains a fork located inside the hollow shaft, in which the mentioned hinge is fixed, and a means for an adjustable reciprocating motion of the fork along the longitudinal axis of the shaft. Slots in the walls of the shaft are located on the side of its butt and through them the L-shaped ends of the bars are inserted into the cavity of the shaft and the ledges of the bars are located in the slots. The mutually contacting surfaces of the L-shaped ends of the bars and the butt edges of the slots are made profiled with possibility of a slip of the L-shaped ends of the bars along the butt edges of the slots at a reciprocating motion of the fork inside the shaft and accordingly insertion of ledges of the L-shaped ends of the bars into the slots in the walls of the shaft and their return in the cavity of the shaft at an exit of the hinge linking the cleaning tools, beyond the limits of the shaft) at a maximum transitional motion of the fork along the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The device is simple in design and in manufacture, highly efficient and convenient in operation and allows to control a reached degree of vaults breakdown and cleaning.
