FIELD: means for cleaning of the inner surfaces of various hollow products, applicable for destruction of hang-ups and cross-pieces of caked loose material formed in the areas of containers or hoppers that are difficult-to-get at from the inside and cleaning of their inner surfaces in these areas. SUBSTANCE: the hang-up destructor-cleaner has a drive shaft, having at the end at least one longitudinal recess and a scraper made with one working side and installed with its end in the shaft longitudinal recess on a hinge, whose pivot is perpendicular to the shaft axis. Made in the longitudinal recess is a lug, whose face surface is positioned at an angle to the shaft axis. The rear end of the scraper is chamfered at an obtuse angle to the surface of the scraper working side providing for formation of a single rectilinear or close to rectilinear oblong member by the shaft and the scraper at an engagement of the chamfered end of the scraper with the face surface of the lug. The hinge that carries the scraper is positioned between the chamfered end and the center of gravity of the scraper for providing the mentioned engagement of the chamfered end of the scraper with the lug in the shaft longitudinal recess. EFFECT: simplified construction and manufacture, enhanced efficiency and convenience in use for destruction of hang-ups in difficult-to-get at areas of containers or hoppers and cleaning of the inner surfaces of their walls, the flat ones inclusive, in these areas. 4 cl, 1 dwg
