FIELD: manufacture of blanks by casting and further extrusion, possibly manufacture of hollow articles with deformed structure of low-ductile, particularly refractory chrome-nickel super-alloys.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating front and rear technological washers until normalized temperature lower than blank heating temperature; successively feeding washers and blank to needle, pressing out tube. Blank is formed by centrifugal casting process at mechanically removing casting skin. Cross section of blank consists 0.85 - 0.93 of surface area of cross section of cavity restricted by mandrel and lateral wall of container. Then blank is subjected to additional pressing out inside container. Invention provides uniform small-grain structure of material in the whole volume of article.
EFFECT: enhanced plastic properties of material providing further plastic working of metal, enlarged functional possibilities of universal presses.
