FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns deformable refractory dispersion-hardening nickel alloys for parts operated at temperatures above 600 C, in particular for gas turbine engine disks. Method of invention involves vacuum-induction smelting, making deformable blanks, performing homogenizing annealing, preliminary deformation, final deformation, and heat treatment. Blanks are obtained through oriented crystallization in uniform- section ceramic mold with temperature gradient in solidification front 20 to 200oC/cm. Preliminary deformation is accomplished via double or multiple subsidence with summary degree of deformation at least 55% with intermediate annealing(s). EFFECT: increased level and uniformity of properties of critical parts of hot gas turbine engine tract, reduced metal intensity and manufacture laboriousness. 9 cl, 3 tbl
