SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary adjusting of the drive to reach a required static balance of the working member and energizing the working member in its steady state. The preliminary adjustment of the drive of the working member is performed to reach static balance shifted to the direction opposite to the direction of the working member from the initial position. The value of the shifting should correspond to the value of energizing.
