FIELD: manufacturing of containers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a method of manufacturing of containers in the form of tubas. The method provides for separate manufacture of a preform with a neck having the final sizes and with a tubular body, that has the smaller sizes as compared with its final form. The perform contains on one its end a gate and on the other end - an open filling bore with a external protruding flange. The perform is heated up, fixed in a zone of the neck on the drawing head with possibility of their rotation in relatively to each other. Then the preform with the drawn head is introduced inside a composite closed inflatable form. The axial drawing of the perform is conducted with the help of the drawing head and its expansion - by pumping an air inside the preform for its inflation. An air pumping for inflation is conducted using a blowing-up nozzle hermetically located on the open end of a filling bore. Then hardening of the container adjacent to a wall of the inflated form. The partially inflated or expended lower tail part of the manufactured container is separated or cut off. The inflatable form is made open and the ready container is extracted. The invention allows to produce the tubular form containers with gates repeatedly stopped up in a simple way.
