FIELD: production of a plastic hose tubular braid.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to an extrusion head for production of a plastic hose-type or tubular braid, and also to an extruding-blowing machine equipped with an extrusion head according to the invention. The extrusion head is coupled to the outlet of the extruder and has a nozzle gear containing a mandrel and an annular nozzle confining a through-going slot. The diameter of the through-going slot may be regulated with the help of a controlled executive drive of an axial relative motion between the mandrel and the annular nozzle. The extrusion head contains a suspended part and coupled with it with a capability of disconnection an extrusive part, which has all connections and the through channels for the being extruded plastic materials. The nozzle gear is placed in then extrusive part of the extrusion head. The executive drive is mounted on the suspended part of the extrusion head and may be in turn connected or disconnected to the mandrel or the annular nozzle. The invention also presents a description of the extrusion-blowing machine equipped with the indicated extrusion head. The invention simplifies and accelerates substitution of the extrusion head in the extrusion-blowing machine and excludes labor-consuming operations.

EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification and acceleration of substitution of the extrusion head in the extrusion-blowing machine and exclusion of the labor-consuming operations.
