SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a preform for making a plastic container by blow molding with drawing. Preform for plastic container manufacturing by blow molding with drawing includes elongated tubular body (2) of preform, which is closed on its one longitudinal end with bottom (3) of preform, and other longitudinal end of which borders with transition area, to which neck of preform (4) adjoins, wherein preform bottom (3) has outer wall (31) and inner wall (32), which define bottom thickness (b), wherein preform body (2) has outer wall (21) and inner wall (22), which limit wall thickness (w), inner, three-dimensionally convex surface (E2) and outer, three-dimensionally convex surface (E1) are spaced from each other such that the gap between them continuously increases from their respective upper point (S, S') to the preform body, wherein propagation of outer wall (31) of preform bottom (3) along the outer, three-dimensionally curved surface (E1) is interrupted by a recessed region outside its upper point (S), and/or wherein propagation of inner wall (32) of preform bottom (3) along the inner, three-dimensionally curved surface (E2) is interrupted by recessed area (7) beyond its upper point (S').
EFFECT: invention provides a preform which enables to inflate a plastic container, the body and bottom of which have a substantially constant wall thickness.
