FIELD: oil producing and refining industries; petrochemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation for water purification from emulsified crude oil and oil products and is dealt with oil producing, oil refining industries and a petrochemical industry, in particular with the equipment intended for purification of sewage containing petroleum or products of its processing, as well as with the systems of oil-bearing stratums flooding and maintaining stratums pressure. The installation contains a hollow body with mounted in it separating elements, a module of intake of a purified liquid and a module of the separated phases withdrawal. The separating elements are mounted in an autonomous internal cavity and made in the form of disks located upright on a horizontal shaft. The lower halves of the disks are immersed into the purified water, and the upper halves - into a gas phase. The disks have a cellular structure made in the form of holes executed in the disks planes. The horizontal shaft is installed so as to be capable to separate phases of water and gas along their boundary surface in the internal cavity in two parts. At that the holes in a disk may be spaced by no more than 2 mm from each other in staggered rows and have a diameter of 3 - 5 mm. The technical result is decreased costs of water purification and increased extraction of oil.

EFFECT: the invention ensures a decrease of costs of water purification and an increase of oil extraction.
