FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains at least two adsorbers with adsorbent interconnected by pipeline system. Each adsorber includes a housing designed as a hollow cylinder, profiled flanges with nozzles installed on both ends of housing for supply and extraction of dried air, longitudinal stringers installed inside the housing, valves with control system providing switching of adsorbers from drying mode to regeneration mode, throttle with pipeline of dried air delivery under reduced pressure to regenerated adsorber and the main condensate collector with valve for moisture carrying. In pipeline system there installed is an additional condensate collector and at least in one adsorber, preferably in two ones, before the flange with nozzle for air supply to adsorber cavity there installed is a profiled washer-filter forming cavity for condensate, at that this cavity is connected to cavity of additional condensate collector. In this version internal surface of the flange with nozzle for air supply to adsorber cavity is designed profiled, preferably conical. The top of cone is directed to nozzle inlet, and on the specified surface there made are profiled channels in the form of alternating rings of various diameters.
EFFECT: manufacturing drying unit with adsorber, which design allows excluding condensed moisture occurrence on adsorbent crystals.
