SUBSTANCE: method includes measuring and storing the reading of loading on the balance from the first to the last maximum when each axles or trucks move along the balance, determining the weight of axles or trucks axles by averaging the reading and storing the result, and counting the number of axles on the balance. The weight of the car is assumed to be the sum of the weights of all trucks.
