FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: trolley weight is measured, with account of sequence of moved trolley axles, from the moment of run-over of any "second" axle to departure of the "first" one that ran over, afterwards the counter of axles that ran over is nulled, count of axles is recommenced, starting measurement of weight from another "first" axle that ran over. If the signal "scale available" further arrives, measurement of weight of a single axle is summed with the weight of the previously measured trolley, if the "second" axle runs over, the result of measurement of weight of the single axle is nulled, and measurement of weight of two adjacent axles is repeated until exit of the "first" axle that ran over. At the same time the length of the scale platform is chosen on the basis of the ratio that the minimum axle spacing between three axles of any object in the set will be more or equal to the length of the scale platform, which in its turn will be less than the sum of length of the biaxial trolley base and metrologically minimum necessary measurement path.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of weighing, simplification and unification of the method for weighing of railway objects.
