FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device includes illuminator, polarizer, cuvette with investigated liquid, analyzer and photo detector. Device includes in addition circuit for metering dark field having comparator whose first inlet is connected with outlet of photo detector, second inlet is connected with reference signal source and outlet is connected with indicator for displaying voltage proportional to content of target matter in investigated liquid. Unit for metering voltage of illuminator is connected with outlet of voltage controller. Said unit is provided with dial for indicating percentage content of matter.

EFFECT: simplified design, lowered cost of device.
