FIELD: domestic furniture, in particular, stool transformable into ladder.
SUBSTANCE: stool-ladder has support and seat composed of two parts, first part being movably mounted on support and second part provided with step rigidly fixed thereon and positioned on support for rotation in vertical plane. Second part has leg, which comes into contact with first part of seat during transformation of stool into ladder. First part of seat is positioned for rotation in symmetry with rotation of second part. Upper end of leg is pivotally connected to step for rotation toward second part of seat. Stool is equipped with spacer pivotally mounted on lower end of leg under step.
EFFECT: simplified construction and increased safety during usage and transformation of stool-ladder.
