FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to therapeutic dentistry and can be used for assessment of oral mucosa condition. Medical probe for oral cavity mucosa measurement comprises a tubular body in the form of a handle with an internal drive. Drive is connected with movable spring-loaded rod. Rod is installed in the working part located on the handle end and equipped with a detachable measuring tip with an end flange. Working part of angular shape is made replaceable, equipped with end flange support and has side window with scale applied to wall. Scale is arranged opposite groove made on movable spring-loaded rod. Drive is made in the form of longitudinal plate-like flexural piezo actuator. Piezo actuator is connected by means of electronic circuit of smooth start-up to external source of constant voltage and arranged with possibility of interaction of end section with ledge on cam. Cam is installed on transverse axis with possibility of rotation and interaction with spring-loaded measuring rod. Method for attestation of the medical probe described above involves plotting a graph of the mucous membrane deflection function depending on the applied force. Before plotting the graph, the probe is tared by means of a spring placed in the holder described below, and the spring is pre-certified by the below described device for spring certification. Spring holder is made in the form of a blind cylinder with the first cavity for the certified spring and with the second cavity for the threaded connection with the below described device for spring certification. First cavity is made with a side window located opposite to the measuring scale applied on the flat surface of the wall of the first cavity; at that, the first and the second cavities are connected to each other and are coaxial to each other, and the blind end of the cylinder is made for support of the certified spring. Device for spring certification includes tubular case in form of handle, movable spring-loaded measuring rod, mechanical drive and angular working nozzle with support bushing for threaded connection with spring holder. In the angular working nozzle, there is a measuring rod with a support flange for an inspected spring, spring-loaded by a return helical spring, and mechanical drive is arranged in bracket on housing end and is made in form of movable threaded bushing with screw drive, connected with measuring rod by rod pusher with end cam and rod actuator, equipped with transverse wedge projection for interaction with end cam and end hinge cam element for interaction with measuring rod.

EFFECT: technical result is improved quality of examination of oral mucosa and possibility of taking advantage of angular probe for access to hard-to-access places of oral cavity of patient.
