SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used for skin care. Dry cosmetic mask comprises oat flour and ground medicinal vegetable raw. The source of the ground medicinal raw involves Siberian cedar processing products taken among the group including cedar nuts mill cake, milled cedar bark, cedar nuts ground shell, milled coniferous needles and branches, or mixture of enumerated components. Dry mask can comprise additionally white clay and soybean flour or ground almond nuts, flax seeds, currant leaves and burdock roots. Mask elicits high nutrient and curative properties, it wets skin and simple in applying.
