FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: composition comprising 7-tret-butoxyiminomethyl camptothecin, as an active agent, and a carrier comprising a lipophilic component, a surfactant, a hydrophilic component and a co-solvent. The lipophilic component is a propylene glycol monoester of caprylic acid. The surfactant is vitamin E TPGS. The hydrophilic component is PEG 400. The co-solvent is ethanol. Also, a method for composition preparation and a method of treatment are disclosed.
EFFECT: increased bioavailability of 7-tret-butoxyiminomethyl camptothecin.
