SUBSTANCE: device has voltage buses, to one of which high-voltage output of transformer is connected, measuring output, connected to high-voltage output through its capacitor, switched in parallel full resistance and high-speed commutator, one of outputs of which is connected to measuring output, and other output is grounded, circuit for grounding windings of transformer, to which a sensor is connected, and selective measuring means, also provided is correcting means for frequency characteristics, input and output of which are respectively connected to output of sensor and to input of selective measuring means.
EFFECT: higher precision, higher trustworthiness.
