FIELD: hydroacoustic equipment, applicable for search of gatherings of crabs according to their noise field, as well as for detection of non-marked (lost and poacher) arrangement of crab traps.
SUBSTANCE: the passive sonar has series-connected receiving antenna, signal preprocessing unit, space-time signal processing unit, identification unit and an information display unit. Connected to the identification unit are a unit for tie-in with the electronic chart, unit for tie-in with the receiver of the navigation system, unit of data base of standard portraits and a spectral analysis unit coupled to the signal preprocessing unit.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of search.
