SUBSTANCE: device has at least one external part manufactured from crystal on α-modification of aluminum oxide and minimum one internal part manufactured from crystal on α-modification of aluminum oxide having longitudinal axis coinciding with one of the external part. The external and internal parts are manufactured from leukosapphire and/or crystal having admixtures like crystal colors of alexandrite, red ruby, blue sapphire, orange subparadge, yellow sapphire, green sapphire, pink sapphire, dark-red sapphire, violet sapphire. Working surface of minimum one external part and/or working surface of minimum one internal part is formed by revolving straight or curved generatrix line about longitudinal axis of external or internal part, respectively. It has length equal to 1/12 of maximum external diameter of the internal part. End face of the internal part has straight, concave or convex shape.
EFFECT: long service life; long-term drug dosage accuracy retained; increased production output.
