FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for transferring or dispensing liquids. Disclosed device comprises a working chamber in which actuator is placed, made of a composite of at least two parts. First part - external - is made of sapphire, and is congruent to outer surface of inner surface of working chamber. Second part is placed in inner cavity of first part and configured to transmit translational motion of working body.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced roughness of working surface of body, simple process of replacing individual parts of unit, as well as expanding range of geometric dimensions of devices which can be made.
