FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has intraosseous mounting member having cylindrical part and round end and fastening member which external surface matches artificial tooth and instrument for setting dental implant in shape. The fastening member and intraosseous mounting member are manufactured as a whole from crystal having α-modification of alumina and have total length of 10-25 mm. The fastening member is shaped as truncated cone with a flat. The flat is inclined at an angle of to the longitudinal axis of the truncated cone. The intraosseous mounting member has an additional platform. The platform sides converging to rounded end and has maximum diameter of 3-10 mm equal to cylindrical platform diameter. The cylindrical platform diameter is not less than is at least 0.1 mm greater than truncated cone maximum diameter. Instrument for setting dental implant manufactured as elongated curved rod member. It has holding part, intermediate part and operation part. The operation part has fastening cavity for receiving dental implant. The holding and operation part are arranged in different planes. Intermediate part length is equal to operation part length as minimum requirement. Holder part length is not less than half of the intermediate part length. The fastening cavity for receiving dental implant is designed as end opening for receiving fastening member of the abovementioned dental implant.

EFFECT: improved engagement of dental implant and surrounding tissues.
