SUBSTANCE: tris-amine as a water-dissolving component is added to theophylline as the main pharmacologically active component in the ratio: from 0.67 to 3 weight parts of tris-amine per 1 weight part of theophylline. Invention provides preparing product that elicits sufficient solubility, reduced toxicity, enhanced stability in storage with simple method for manufacturing this preparation.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of theophylline formulation.
