SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of using as housing blank standard housing with parting portions having stator, rotor and working blades and worked out its resource in working modes whose power is no less than power for making article with stabilized crystalline structure of metal and stress zones; measuring errors from predetermined geometry size of turnings of mounting surface for inserts, size determining radial mutual arrangement of rotor and stator and gaps between working blades and housing; grinding parting portions of housing by value exceeding predetermined errors and turning diameters of housing at providing designed parameters of article and proper relation of said parameters and gap between working blades of rotor and housing.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, technological effectiveness of construction.
