FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used to obtain turbine disks with blades in the form of monowheels by hot stamping, in particular, for impellers of aviation gas turbine engines (GTE). The heated initial blank in the form of a ring is placed on the mandrel in the cavity of the matrix of the device having half-matrices and removable sections. The ring is formed until the matrix cavity is completely filled with radial extrusion of the blades into the cavity of the sections. The ring is used with a width made taking into account the allowance corresponding to the weight of the blade part of the bling. When forming the ring, force is applied to both of its ends by means of punches. After the end of stamping, the half-matrices and punches are removed to their original positions. The finished forging of the bling is removed together with the removable sections by moving it on the mandrel until it stops at the end of the punch.
EFFECT: reduction in technological effort and an increase in the quality of the resulting product is ensured.
