FIELD: non-iron metallurgy, in particular superconducting compounds.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to superconducting niobium beryllide Nb3Be with Al5 structure. Its X-ray diffraction pattern, obtained by using of X-ray diffractometer with graphite monochromator and λ(CoKα) = 1.079021 nm, has specific spacing of crystal lattice, which can be used for identification of the compound structure.
EFFECT: new superconducting compound with Al5 structure.
