FIELD: radio electronics, electrical engineering, and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for manufacturing electrolytic capacitor anode from tantalum includes production of tantalum-aluminum alloy, formation of anode, removal of aluminum from alloy, and oxidation; anode is produced in the form of film coating; tantalum-aluminum alloy and anode are produced simultaneously by ion-plasma spraying of tantalum and aluminum targets and their layer-by-layer deposition onto substrate in the form of alternating layers whose thickness does not exceed one design period of crystal lattice for tantalum and three design periods for aluminum.
EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
