FIELD: chemical compound with superconductor structure.
SUBSTANCE: solid lead solution in beta-tantalum in form of coat is obtained by ion-plasma sputtering of lead-tantalum target followed by deposition on movable in relation to plasma streams non-heated substrate. Coat is sintered at 11500C and under active gas pressure less than 1.10-3 Pa for 1 h. Then sintering temperature is increased up to 16500C or more; coat is hold for 10 min followed by cooling on vacuum. As a result compound of formula Ta2Pb is obtained. It has mean lattice constant of volume-centered cubic latitude of αm = 0.5464, structure type A15 and lattice type Cr3Si.
EFFECT: semiconductor coat of improved characteristics.
