SUBSTANCE: device has spindle with axial and radial supports and engine section, in lower section of spindle a combined radial sliding high reliability support is mounted, consisting of resilient sliding support with working surfaces, one of which is made of metal, and another with element of resilient elastic material and sliding support with rigid working surfaces, which is mounted above resilient sliding support, while length of working surfaces of resilient support is no less than in 1.5 times greater than length of working surfaces of rigid sliding support, also, radial space in connection of working surfaces of resilient sliding support equals or is less than radial space in connection of working surfaces of rigid sliding support.
