FIELD: wells maintenance equipment engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has cable end piece, body, clamping elements, clamping elements drive placed in the body, including kinematically interconnected electric engine, reducer, drive screw and nut, switch electrically connected to control panel on the surface and providing for possible enabling of electric engine on signal from surface, cap, upper portion of which is engaged with cable end piece, spring-loaded pusher moveably mounted in the cap, pusher being made with the body and being capable of interacting with switch. Drive nut is made with tail piece, has forks, and is connected to clamping elements and is provided with displacement sensor on outer surface, which is electrically connected to control panel on the surface. Switch is placed in the cap in oil-filled hermetic chamber formed by elastic membrane. Clamping elements are made in form of paired lower and upper tractions with traverses, jointly connected to each other and fixed on lower end of clamps traverses. Upper and lower tractions are jointly mounted on forks of drive nut. Pusher body is made with projections, which support lower tractions. Pusher and cap are made with possible limiting of their movement relatively to each other.
