SUBSTANCE: device has body with ports, power electric engine placed in it as well as reducer, connected to rotary shaft, having head with cuter, cutter feed mechanism. Mechanism for shaft rotation contains sleeve of limit moment mounted on shaft, drive nut, connected by thread to drive screw and capable of axial displacement, limited with rod, mounted in body and placed in recess made in drive nut. Mechanism of cutter feed matches drive of drive nut. Cutter feed mechanism has individual micro-engine and reducer, mechanically connected to screw couple, ending with piston in hydraulic cylinder, piston hollow of which is connected by hydraulic channel, passing along axis of hollow rotary shaft, with hydraulic cylinder, placed in head and having spring-loaded force piston, on rod of which a cutter is mounted, device is provided with movable washers, sliding along nut guides, pressing lever, mounted between drive nut and body, pressing levers are jointly connected in moving washers, sliding along nut guides, and collected in joints on stops made with possible extension from ports. Rotary shaft has ring recess, pressurized on both ends, for connection to hydraulic channel of cutter feed, passing through along axis of hollow rotary shaft.

EFFECT: simplified construction, higher efficiency and reliability.
