SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of osteotropic hormone of direct effect parathyrine in serum blood. The non-progressing type course of disease is assayed in the value of this index above 17.5 picograms/ml. The progressing type course of dysplastic coxarthrosis is assayed in the value of this index less 15.1 picograms/ml. Method provides assaying type course of disease in early stages of its development in the absence of reliable clinical and roentgenological symptoms. Invention can be used for assaying type course of coxarthrosis in youngsters.
