FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: supra-acetabular region is isolated at 0.5 cm from an attachment point of the capsule; that is followed by performing an osteotomy of the iliac bone to a Y-shaped cartilage, displacing the acetabular hood, performing a corticotomy of the supra-acetabular region of the iliac bone; it is folded to introduce a porous titanium nickelide implant into the formed split at ѕ its depth; the implant has a degree of pore intergrowth of more than 60%; thereafter, the wound is sutured in layers and covered with a hip plaster dressing.
EFFECT: method enables achieving the adequate overlap of the femoral head followed by the adequate growth of the cotyloid cavity.
