SUBSTANCE: fluctuation meter has master oscillator, power divider, transmission high-frequency unit, calibrator, carrier level compensator, high-frequency switch, switch, phase discriminator, two-channel amplitude receiver provided with sum-difference cascade, low-frequency switch, indicator, second transmission high-frequency unit which has to be similar to the first one, second power divider and modulator.
EFFECT: improved reliability of measurement; improved sensitivity of measurement; widened operational capabilities.
