FIELD: the invention refers to fluctuations to the field of measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: it is designed for measuring of amplitude and phase fluctuations created by connecting high frequency arrangements such as amplifiers, power governors, phase inverters, dischargers and other analogous arrangements, including super high frequency and optical diapason arrangements. The fluctuations measuring device has a driving oscillator, a modulator, a power divider, a connecting high frequency arrangement, a calibrator, an amplitude-phase receiver, an amplitude receiver, a regulated line of delay, a subtracting cascade and an indicator. The technical result is in increasing reliability and sensitiveness of measuring at the expense of weakening of the influences of amplitude and frequency fluctuations of the driving oscillator on the results of measuring of amplitude and phase fluctuations of the connecting high frequency arrangement.
EFFECT: increases reliability and sensitiveness of measuring.
