SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metering equipment and is intended for measurement of amplitude, frequency (phase) fluctuations and complex coefficient of correlation of these fluctuations created by throughput high-frequency devices. Metre comprises driving oscillator 1, modulator 2, high-frequency power divider 3, amplitude-frequency receivers with parallel separation of amplitude and frequency fluctuation 4 and 5, low-frequency voltage dividers 6 and 7, throughput high-frequency device 8, calibrator 9, subtracting cascades 10 and 11, phase changer 12, commutator 13, summary-difference cascade 14 and indicator 15.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and sensitivity of measurements of amplitude, frequency (phase) fluctuation and complex coefficient of correlation of these fluctuations created by throughput high-frequency devices of specified type.
