FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has setting generator, modulator, two power splitters, adjustable delay line, calibrator, bearing level compensator, phase discriminator, two-channel amplitude receiver, adder-subtracter cascade and indicator. In device phase fluctuations, formed by the very subject high-frequency device, are separated from its amplitude fluctuations, noises of measuring equipment.

EFFECT: sensitivity of device to phase fluctuations, formed by the very high-frequency device, is increased due to separation of these phase fluctuations from phase fluctuations, being a result of transformation of fluctuations of setting generator frequency in subject high-frequency device.
