SUBSTANCE: device has serially connected microcontroller, transmitter, receiver and analog-digital converter, output of which is connected to microcontroller, and electro-acoustic converter connected to transmitter and receiver, and a display, input of which is connected to microcontroller, and block for temporary automatic adjustment of amplification, input of which is connected to microcontroller, and transmitter is made with stepped adjustment of power, input for adjustment of which is connected to microcontroller, transmitter is made with two inputs for amplification adjustment, first input provides for stepped adjustment of amplification and is connected to microcontroller, and second input is connected to output of block for temporary automatic amplification adjustment.
EFFECT: higher precision of depth measurements.
