FIELD: automatic adjustment technologies.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, cover, plug, stand, membrane assembly and pointer. On side opposite sides of body inlet and outlet flanges are made. Cover is fixed in lower portion of body. Plug is mounted in central through aperture of cover. Stand is fixed on upper portion of body. Membrane assembly consists of upper and lower covers connected together, membrane, fixed between covers, and two protective dishes one of which is mounted on membrane and another - under membrane. Pointer is fixed on membrane assembly. Vertical axes of stand, membrane assembly and pointer are placed along vertical axis of body. Gas supply line from set-point device is connected to first input of membrane assembly. Gas supply line from output gas line is connected to second input of membrane assembly. In the body an inlet channel, one end of which is open outside through inlet flange, inlet chamber, which is connected to second end of inlet channel, outlet chamber, outlet channel, one end of which is connected to outlet chamber, and another end is opened outside through output flange, aperture for connection of inlet and outlet chambers, are made. Axes of inlet and outlet chambers and aperture are placed along vertical axis of body. Saddle is mounted in aperture. In the stand first and second cylindrical hollows are made. First cylindrical hollow is made along axis of body. Second one envelopes first cylindrical hollow. First and second cylindrical hollows are filled with oil. Rod is placed along vertical axis of body in stand in body and in membrane assembly. In the latter on a rod protective dishes and membrane are fixed by first nut. Plunger is fixed on rod by second nut under saddle. Piston is fixed on rod by third nut in upper portion of first cylindrical hollow. Balancing spring is mounted in lower portion of output chamber under plunger. Adjustable choke, stop with self-mounting support, stopping protective device and self-oiling compacting assembly are inserted. Stop with self-mounted support is fixed on cover plug. First cylindrical hollow is made open into sub-membrane space of membrane assembly. Piston separates space of first cylindrical hollow being under the piston from sub-membrane space of membrane assembly. It is placed in upper portion of first cylindrical hollow in such a way, that in extreme upper position of plunger upper surface of third nut coincides with surface of bottom of sub-membrane space. Adjustable choke connects first and second cylindrical hollows. Connecting channel connects inlet chamber and second cylindrical hollow. Rod is fixed in stand by stopping protective device and self-oiling self-compacting assembly. It is supported by self-mounting support. Inlet chamber is above aperture. Outlet chamber is under aperture. Said aperture connects outlet and inlet chambers. Second nut is made of parabolic shape with diameter of lower portion being by one less than inner diameter of saddle. Height of nut equals value of plunger full drive.

EFFECT: higher reliability of device operation, higher precision of supporting of set outlet pressure at whole range of gas use available for pressure adjuster.
