FIELD: hydraulic and pneumatic automatics. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to regulate pressure and to limit flow rate of natural gas across outlet of gas-distribution stations. Technical result of proposed invention lies in expanded range of utilization of pressure regulator under conditions of deficit of inlet pressure in gas-distribution station with regard to outlet pressure, practical half as big reduction of axial dimension and mass of regulator as whole, possibility of decrease of value of limit of gas flow rate without disconnection of proposed pressure regulator. Salient feature of invention lies in connection of narrowing unit with its outlet directly to main consumption line and in fitting of pilot device incorporating sensitive element with rod with additional membrane drive. Spaces above and under membrane of it are correspondingly linked to inlet and outlet of narrowing unit. Membrane of drive fixed in bushing that slides relative to rod is installed for contact of bushing with regulating element mounted on outer free end of rod.
