FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should apply a ligature through esophagus and withdraw its inferior end through gastrostoma and its superior one - through patient's mouth, suture the inferior end of endoprosthesis being a semi-tube with a fixing strip with the upper end of ligature, apply endoprosthesis into esophagus, introduce fixing strip through nasal canal, fix the fixing strip to patient's cheek, suture strip's end with a ligature another end of which was previously fixed to the inferior end of endoprosthesis. The method enables to prevent respiratory disorders, those of peristaltics and endoprosthesis' shift into patient's stomach.
EFFECT: decreased traumaticity level.
