FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Guide is introduced through existing gastrotomic channel from outside. Channel bougienage is carried out to the diameter of gastrostomal tube which is installed. Thread with diameter not less than 0.6 mm is introduced into stomach via trocar. End of thread is brought out with endoscopic loop through mouth. Gastrostomal tube is fixed to the passed thread end, traction is performed and tread with tube is brought outside through gastrostomal channel. Position of internal disc is controlled. Gastrostoma is fixed from outside to skin, fibrogastroduodenoscope is removed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore gastrostoma in case of early external migration of gastrostomal tube due to its re-application.
