FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should introduce seamless (through) drainage tubes through medial laparotomic wound, gastro-colonic ligament into omental bursa, then - through the developed canal in retroperitoneal space from pancreatic tail under splenic colonic angle. Drainage tubes should be withdrawn through incision in left lumbar area. Drainage tubes are with perforation in their middle part. The method enables to decrease traumaticity lecvel, provide adequate drainage of omental bursa during prolonged period of time.
EFFECT: more decreased terms of therapy.
