FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has eccentric union member having fixing bolts in its thick wall for making end-to-end rod attachment. Strengthening rim is available on the thin side of eccentric union. The fixing bolts project into union lumen with cones and are placed in conic cells made in the rods.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment; shorter in-door treatment course; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
