FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has supporting fixing members of vertebral column bone structures, telescopically connected screw and tube, lock nut set on the screw and distraction nut arranged along screw axis. The tube has no internal thread. It has through screw holes for receiving locking bolts introduced into tube lumen. Reticular knurling zone is available on tube spur for fastening the supporting fixing members of vertebral column bone structures. The distraction nut and telescopic tube have teeth shaped as right triangle with long leg base on coupled end surfaces.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
