FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves assessing vertebral column deformity decompensation degree and strategic vertebral column deformity self-correction capabilities from X-ray pictures. Additional computer-aided optical topographic examination of its arrangement in three-dimensional space and comparative radiological and topographic data analysis is carried out. Vertebral column deformity decompensation phenomena being found in any of planes, additional correction is planned in correspondence with decompensation angle.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of preoperative planning approach.
