FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for making sustained-release tablets, in particular, tablet for sublingual applying and to methods for preparing such compositions. Pharmaceutical composition comprises microcapsules of a medicinal substance, lubricating substance and water wherein each microcapsule comprises 96.0-99.2 wt.-% of medicinal substance and 0.8-4 wt.-% of film-forming substance. A raising agent is added to the composition also. Method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition involves preparing microcapsules by applying envelope and film-forming substance on non-agglomerated particles of the medicinal substance, addition of lubricating agent and raising agent. The moisture content in envelope is brought about to 0.5 wt.-%, nor above, and before addition of lubricating agent and raising agent microcapsules are wetted up to the water content 0.1-3 wt.-%. After addition of lubricating agent to the mixture a raising agent is added as a finely divided fraction of indicated medicinal substance. Invention provides preparing the composition for making tablets with sustained-release effect and decomposition time below 30 min.
