The former contains nistatine, lactose, potato starch, calcium stearate, oxypropylmethylcellulose, the major magnium carbonate. The latter consists of methylcellulose, twin, titanium dioxide, vaseline oil, oxypropylmethylcellulose and tropeoline O. The innovation deals, also, with the method to obtain such a composition. It includes mixing nistatine with a filler, moistening the obtained mass dissolved in 76-% alcohol with oxypropylmethylcellulose. Then it should be kept in an aqueous-alcoholic solution, dried, granulated, powdered with calcium stearate, tabletted and covered with a membrane. The innovation provides to obtain the composition being stable at storage and easily releasing an active substance that favors its higher bioavailability.
