FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.
SUBSTANCE: one should apply a catheter into perineural fiber in the middle layer of small pelvis between sacrospinal ligament and pyriform muscle to introduce the first dose of anesthetic at uterine opening for 3-5 cm at the volume of 20-25 ml 1%-lidocaine, then - repeated doses in 1.5-2 h till achieving curative effect by not exceeding total dosage of 1%-lidocaine in 80 ml. The present innovation considerably decreases spastic uterine state, normalizes contractile uterine activity, prevents fetal depression that, in its turn, helps for physiological delivery at the background of adequate anesthesia.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
