SUBSTANCE: one should inject a test-dose of anesthetic into caudal space at 2-3 ml/s rate, in case of paresthesia during injection of anesthetic and in case of its disappearance immediately after injection one may evaluate needle's position as a correct one, after a pause, it is necessary to inject the rest portions of anesthetic at 1 ml/s rate, not higher.
